Colorado Agent Policy Manual 2020
The Office Policy Manual for Compass Colorado is designed to provide the basic structure for conducting your business while affiliated with Compass.
Agent-Agent Client Referral Agreement
The referring agent must: (a) Fill out this form (b) Coordinate signature with the other party (agent and brokerage signatory) (c) Get Sales Manager signature (d) Submit fully executed contract at time of transaction.
For assistance in finding a referral agent, please contact contact your Sales Manager. Agents can also post on the Global Referrals and Recommendation group on Workplace for further resources.

Navigation Center
Navigation Center is your ecosystem of information that functions by keyword search. You can type in anything from social to signage and articles will automatically populate by relevance. This is the place to go to find anything from guides, to request forms, and FAQ’s to help you navigate your compass experience.
Workplace
Workplace by Facebook is our internal social networking platform where you can join groups, share news, and interact with other agents and employees across Compass. We recommend joining regional and national groups to stay up to date on everything from product announcements to new listings in your area.
