What is Compass Concierge?
Compass Concierge is a program that advances funds to sellers to cover the costs of home improvements and repairs, in preparation to successfully go to market. Put simply: it is a program to help your clients sell their home faster and for the best possible price.
Agents can recommend services such as staging, flooring, painting and more. With no upfront costs, and no interest, Compass Concierge advances funds to cover the costs of those services and sellers simply pay back those costs at the time of their home’s closing.
