Knack Sales Memo

Only to be used if you still have deals in SkySlope. Note: All new listings or under contract transactions as of 04/20/2022 need to be added to Business Tracker in order to receive commission payment.

Please use and submit this Knack Sales Memo or Deal Closer Memo form after you have approved your CDA. The Knack Sales Memo & Deal Closer Memo is the finance receipt used to disburse your commission upon closing. It is important to provide specific details to your commission splits as part of the Knack Sales Memo to help process your files efficiently, accurately and to reduce the number of requests for additional information throughout the closing process.
